J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Macmillan (New York, NY) en avr. 2010
Entretien
Someone from HR called to set up the interview, and I came in to New York for the interview. The interview was one-on-one with the person who was my supervisor for the summer. Interview process was straightforward and easy; the interviewer mostly seemed concerned that I knew what the internship would consist of. There were no particularly tricky questions, just the usual fare. I think the selection for the position was mostly decided by the proofreading test I was given at the end of the interview. (I was allowed to take it home.)

Entretien
Very straightforward, interviewed once with a senior art director and an associate senior art director who became my direct supervisor as an intern. We talked about my design experience and skills, what I was doing in school, book and design trends and the different requirements for the job.

It was a very conversational interview with a lot of room for questions. Very open about how the internship operates, asked about how past experience might apply to the tasks.
