I was approached by a recruitment agency. I then had a first interview at the agency where she described the position and checked if I match the criteria the company is looking for. The second interview was then at Mack Brooks with the HR Manager. We went through my CV and she asked me some behavioural type questions. As the position required to be fluent in German a part of the interview was in German. I then completed a short writing test (translating a business e-mail and finding mistakes on a flyer). The third interview was with the potential manager also at Mack Brooks. We again went through my CV and discussed the role in detail. After that I also met the managing director and we had a discussion about my suitability for the role and the company.
