Very clear, straight-forward, and professional 3 step interview process. we also get to know about personal goals and company goals. i got to know a lot more about the history of the company and the direction they are moving.

Entretien
The first interview you speak to one of the hiring managers. They ask you questions about yourself to see how you will best fit in the company. It really doesnt feel like an interview its a very friendly atmosphere it feels more like a friend to friend conversation. The second interview you meet with a corporate trainer and they go more into the business and explain more in detail what the position entitles. You then take a questioniare and after you finish the test you meet with one of the directors to discuss any questions you have. I got a call that I got the position the same day.

Entretien
The interview process is done in two steps, the first is them getting to know you as a person and how they will benefit from hiring you. Then the second interview they explain the job in more detail. You then take a questionaire to see what you learned from the meeting.
