The interview process started with an online application and a short phone screening. After that I was invited for an on-site/virtual interview with a technical panel where we discussed my CV and some basic IT support scenarios. The final step was an HR conversation about salary, work hours and the training/bond terms. Overall the process was organized and took about 4 weeks from application to offer.
