Initial call with recruiter followed by two rounds of interviews. One with the Sr. Operations Manager and Jr Operations Manager, followed by another with the COO and CPO.
Very non-technical. It appears they were looking for someone with ambition and passion for technology and someone who's willing to come in and learn.
How would you describe a good company culture and how do you prefer to be managed? What are your core values and what motivates you outside of a paycheck?
