The first interview was arranged via a recruitment platform where a series of videos had to be submitted answering various questions (see below). The candidate has 3 tries to record and submit their answers. All that took quite a good hour or two.
A second round was arrange a few days via a video call meeting the founder and the CEO where many of the questions from the first round were repeated, and only one hour arranged.
I got the offer, but when negotiating salary and overall package the CEO pulled the offer down.
