Had a an hour long phone screen, which was supposed to be 20 minutes. My call with the hiring manager was literally hearing him talk about how he used to work at Facebook for the whole time, he would barely let me speak. I even was confused as to why he was working at machine zone since he seemed to miss Facebook so much. Overall not a great experience, and I'm glad they rejected me, since I didn't have to use the energy to decline an onsite interview.
