Initial contact seemed positive until they organised a phone call with the hiring manager for a different position. Recruiter ghosted me after realising I wasn't going to accept below market rate.

It was a rather odd experience. I only had initial phone screening with a recruiter, that went alright. And then she just disappeared. The conversation went well, at least everything was pointing in that direction. By the end of the interview recruiter said that we are going to schedule next round some time next week. And she never did. Neither did she provide any feedback. After a week or so of silence I've tried to reached her out a few times, but she never replied to my emails.
