I was referred by an employee in a different department. It started with a brief phone interview with a staff recruiter which was followed up by another call with the senior technical recruiter. Both were very pleasant interviews. I was able to establish an easy rapport which always calms my nerves. Email communication leading up to and after these calls was responsive. I scheduled a lunchtime interview with two senior developers. The interview went smoothly; the interviewers were friendly, willing to expand on questions, and offered feedback and personal perspective on my answers. As this was for a very junior position, technical questions were high-level and conceptual.
