First interview was a video call with four members of the team. It was chill they talked about their technology and wanted to get some idea of my capabilities. They made it clear that they wanted to hire somebody for the long term (5+ years) but at the same time were really unsatisfied with my salary proposal and asked me to resubmit. I think I asked for 75k or so, hoping to negotiate down to 65k, but I guess they wanted to lock somebody up for 45k or less for five years, in Münich.
