After talking to HR, I was invited to talk to two Product Managers. I had to prepare a quite extensive case study for a project to build an app called "To The Plane". It included a Project Timeline, Wireframes for one feature, Mockup (of the app and its features!) and 3 user stories plus acceptance criterias. Because of time constraints we did not get to talk about great parts of the case study in the interview. However, they told me that they will send me feedback afterwards. Which they never did, even after a quick follow up from my side. Personally, I do not need to be paid for a project during an interview process, but I'd at least love to have some feedback on such a time-consuming project - of course, even negative feedback.

Very short first interview (around 6 minutes). The call followed a scripted format focused on explaining what the company does, with limited interaction. Engagement felt low, and the interviewer appeared distracted during the conversation. The questions were very basic: a brief overview of professional experience, motivation for applying, and industries previously worked in. There were no follow-up questions and no real two-way discussion. After the answers were given, the call ended abruptly with a brief note that they would be in touch.
