I applied online. Someone reached out to set up an interview. The interview was standard and went as well as it could. The interviewer/HR committed to reach back out with an update about next step. They never did,... even after I circled back by email to ask for an update, they ghosted me. Probably says something about the company..

Similar to others here - HR seems to ghost people often. I had to chase 3 times even to get my interview scheduled. So odd as they invited me to take part in process, but to get a date in diary was impossible as HR never responded. Unprofessional.

They want to know a lot of things and ask a lot of questions
You present (to a few people) and they want the presentation to be really good. Challenging follow-ups are also waiting
