Phone interview was about 10 minutes, after 3 weeks of back and forth emails. I was asked to briefly describe my current position, and why this new role would be interesting to me. The interviewer then briefly explained the next step of the interview process - which was a video interview to happen later that week. I never received any further information, even after following up twice.
