I applied through LinkedIn and received a call from the HR after 3 weeks. The interview process took another 3 weeks and a week to hear back from them. The higher management and seniors taking the interview were quite friendly and hence the interview process went really smooth.

What are your strengths and weaknesses? If your friends and family are asked what your weakness is then what do you think they will say?
Where do you see yourself in 5 years.
What quality do you think your manager should possess.
Some basic questions about corporate banking, products and services offered, capital markets, KYC related questions, UBO, etc.
I have an HR interview, It is a chill chatting setting for 45 mins, asking mostly behavioral questoins. The HR is friendly and willing to be transparent for the programme
The interview process was average. Questions asked were not very hard. Interviewer seems unengaged with interviewee. Interviewer did not provide opportunity for interviewee to ask questions. The whole process takes about 30 minutes.

Good straightforward interview process. Interviews were conducted in a very conversational manner. I applied for a technical role so there was a lot of technical industry-specific questions asked. There were three formal interviews for my role.
