First round is Online assessment with 5 parts, almost about attention to details. Second round is HR phone screening about 30 minutes following with an hour excel test. Third round is online interview with hiring manager.

Phone screening with recruiter and then zoom interview with 3 employees that were on the accounting team. Controller, senior manager, and manager were all on the call and controller led most of it.
