I applied online on the company site. I got a call from someone at MUFG to schedule a phone interview after 1 day. The person sounded very unprofessional and I could right away say he wasn't a HR. Turns out that the person who called was going to interview me with his team member. The telephonic interview lasted for around 1 hr 15 mins where I was asked technical questions, about my previous experience etc which went well. At the end of the interview, he said I would be having the next round where I would be interviewed by their manager in Singapore. upon asking he said they will get back to me within a week's time. I have never heard back from them since then. I have sent follow up emails but no response. Maybe they found someone else but its basic etiquette to atleast reply to all the emails and say sorry we have found someone better! This is the reason why companies should let their HR resources handle these stuffs. I am very very disappointed with the way MUFG handled the whole interview process. It has been my worst experience in my entire career!
