Almost 3 months and no word. HR phone interview, phone interview with Hiring Manager, in person interview with various Directors.... and still no decisions made.
If they can't make a decision after 2 weeks.... or after a month.... or 3 months.... I doubt their ability to make decisions overall. Oddly a position I interviewed with MUFG.
Good luck filling your positions... Tempe, AZ should have never done business with MUFG.
I and about 10 other colleagues in the industry have applied and have experienced the exact same indecisiveness.

Entretien
Interview started off late, but she was friendly, forthcoming and welcoming. Described the jobscope, shared about team and general organisational structure. No rejection email was received though, even though follow up was requested. Interview questions were quite doable.
Very friendly and nice interviewers, generally straight forward questions with question on banking products offered to specific clientele. Additional questions on what your past experience can bring to the team will be asked as well

What do you know about our team and what kind of products does our LOB offers to our clients.
Streamlined but takes too long. Dont know why there is a need to interview a third time with senior management when i have already interviewed with the senor management in the first interview, same guy too.
