Multi-Staged interview with recruiting, peer groups, and the hiring manager. The process was thorough and the questions were a mix of both experience and behavioral with an emphasis on culture and both fitting in and being a change agent.

Attended several rounds of interviews over a period of 5 months but got ghosted despite multiple follow ups with HR. Was told that I will be notified but no news at all.
Multiple rounds of interviews. Each one includes one senior person from Japan. A lot of emphasis of cultural fitment. Interviews are thorough and rigorous. Questions range from skills, situational leadership, passion for the role and long term relationship.
