I did one recruiter interview, two online, and one in-person with two individuals. The interview process was really smooth until the in-person one. The recruiter showed up late to escort me to the room, clearly irritating the individuals I met with. One of the interviewers did not prepare questions. Other than that, I thought the interview went well. It took 4.5 weeks to hear back from them on whether I got the job.
