Took almost 2 months from application date for HR to send a screening email. Two weeks later, a first round interview was set up for two days after. Since that first round interview with two VPs, HR hasnt responded despite follow-up emails. So far, the recruitment process has taken three months without a rejection, email/call.
I have an HR interview, It is a chill chatting setting for 45 mins, asking mostly behavioral questoins. The HR is friendly and willing to be transparent for the programme
The interview process was average. Questions asked were not very hard. Interviewer seems unengaged with interviewee. Interviewer did not provide opportunity for interviewee to ask questions. The whole process takes about 30 minutes.

Good straightforward interview process. Interviews were conducted in a very conversational manner. I applied for a technical role so there was a lot of technical industry-specific questions asked. There were three formal interviews for my role.
