it was a panel interview and zoom interview. 3 interviewers and asked questions one by one. No smile and seem quite serious. actually it was not a good experience and they are a bit harsh.
Zoom meeting, need self introduction and why you want to join mtr, read aloud in Cantonese, English and Mandarin. Easy and fast, no specific questions is asked. Immediately arrange training time and first day of work.

Online interview on zoom. HR is nice and the process is smooth. Do not spend too many time. It is a group interview by mainly using Cantonese with some Putonghua and English.
After I finished interview in Kowloon Bay (MTR Headquarter), All interviewees watch the MTR introduction video in another room. We are informed that we have to join the training course in Tai Wai train plant.
