Before anything I had to take and online test that took 100 minutes and involved solving coding problems in the language of your choice. That was followed by a phone interview with the VP of Development. Next, was an on-site interview with managers from two different teams. They asked more coding questions and then got into learning about me, explaining what they were looking for and looking for where I might fit in. An interesting twist, was a chance to talk to owner and ask him questions about the business.
