One interview with hiring manager, two interviews with colleagues and other team members, one short follow up with hiring manager and final interview with senior management as a last step before offer. I withdraw my application at the last step and just wanted to share my experience for those who plan to apply to MSD. If the role is related to Organon ask questions carefully as its a new sub company of MSD which will be launched in June'21 and overall chaotic occurances might happen even throughout the hiring process, be prepared. After withdrawing my application I got a call from Hr trying to understand the reason behind which was very much appreciated. I believe overall MSD is a very good company to work for but my intuition was the style of the hiring manager would not have made a good match with my expectations of a manager. It's really sad and unluck as the role was really interesting.
