1st stage - Online aptitude test,
2nd stage - phone interview,
3rd stage - assessment center with more aptitude tests,
4th stage - talent fest whereby the candidate was expected to engage in discussion with senior staff members followed by 1 on 1 contemparary interview

Good interaction and friendly attitude from management and questions were a breeze. Never pressed on anything too technical during the interview process. Overall a positive experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for a job in pharmaceuticals
The interview process Included technical based questions and personal questions with the ask for examples from your experience. There was also online personality tests. Group interview with problem solving questions and scenarios.
