MSCI has a pretty through interview process at different stages. Telephone interview to check English, then technical skills interview with people who are doing similar jobs and then cultural fit interview with your boss/other manager on location. Fortunately, my experience is that when the right people are meeting the criteria the selection and the offer is pretty quick. Some interview process is lengthy due to lack of skills of candidates. The interviews are setup to show if a candidate is missing some critical skills, so always come prepared and don't be disappointed if your offer never arrives if you know that some of the areas you didn't fulfill that would be otherwise required.
