6 rounds of interview : - 1 Exectutive director - 1 Executive director and two Senior consultants (all the team members) | split in two interviews - Vice president in Budapest - Managing director in Italy - HR in Geneva - Talent acquisition in London The questions included behavioral questions and multiple finance questions. The recruitment process was the longest process I have ever been through and took 3 months. Not professional at all, making candidates wait for 3 months and engaging them in serious positive interviews and then ghosting them. All the genuine interest in the firm has evaporated from my end and would never apply to join this firm as they demonstrate a lack of professionalism.
