First meeting is with Hiring Manager - best to get a referral and keep following up to get their attention for a meet
Then meeting with managers to go over responsibilities and a "get to know"
Brief meeting with CCO for introduction

The interview process was fairly standard. I went through two final rounds of interviews, and the questions were mainly focused on my portfolio. I received the interview results approximately two weeks later.

They mainly asked questions about the advertisements I had created in my previous company and my personal projects.

Entretien
Initially applied on MRM.com, heard back from a recruiter in less than two weeks. From there, they shared there were multiple AD roles available and asked me questions to get a better understanding of which one I'd be the best fit in/which one I'd like the most, and they proceeded to schedule interviews for me to meet with several teams and CDs. Overall timeline from application to interviews to formal offer was 45 days, which seems a bit long, but I really am happy that thought was put into which position was offered to me.
