You will be interviewed by different people started with the HR, then the department team lead and manager then the leadership. It is a smooth process but just taking so long to complete the process

The experience was terrible. A few months back, I got a call to set up an interview at short notice. I tried to explain that one day notice was not enough time for me due to certain commitments. He was either willing to give a 1 day or connect in a few weeks. As my company was not doing well, I needed a back up quickly. So I pulled all stops to make the interview happen at short notice. I was 5 mins late for the interview. It was my mistake but I told them that this was back to back with another meeting so, it was bound to happen. I was spoken to rudely about the delay. I attended the interview, the interviewer was a lot nicer and was very understanding of my situation. I cleared that round and was moved to the next one but I was so upset with the experience that I decided to not move forward with Mpower. I have finally joined another company where the interview process has been a lot more respectful. Mpower really needs to improve this experience.
