I applied in March and had one interview in May and one in June. I found out about the decision in mid-July. Interviews were through Zoom the first had 2 people, second had 3. The interview was positive overall, but first was more informal.

I didn't hire back for at least a month after applying to the decision. I've interviewed for multiple positions while being here and all of them have 2-4 interviewers in attendance. Most do not give a time frame for when they will make their decision so that's a bit stressful as well.
