It was really good, and I didn't know what to expect as a new graduate with only 3 months of volunteering experience as an accountant. I was nervous, but the interviewer calmed me down.

Recruited through linkedin, phone call first and then in person interview with one of the partners and a manager. Not hard if you have experience in public accounting. Offer followed up after that.
