The interview began with a phone screening, then I was brought in for a one on one interview, then another interview with the founders, then an in-person test. Every time I was there, it felt like nothing had been organized and the staff seemed like they just really didn't want to be there. During one of my interviews one even complained about being tired and seemed unfocused the entire time. The process was long and they had me feel like I was going to get an offer and then eventually I was turned down. The entire process felt like a HUGE waste of time and gave me a negative impression of the company.
