J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez MITRE (Bedford, MA) en janv. 2018

This is my first job out of college. There was a nontechnical phone screen and then they flew me onsite. The onsite was 6 or 7 back to back interviews with 2 engineers each. They were all technical but they were incredibly easy. They took me out to lunch for a behavioral interview sort of thing as well.
You have M dollars and there are N items on a menu. Each costs a certain amount of money. and has a certain amount of calories. What's the most calories you can buy? (Knapsack problem)
(Resume questions) How did you learn Android? How do you learn new programming languages? What are feedback control systems? What do you know about HTTP servers?
Firstly, this is just for the screening. Super straightforward; company asks about prior experience, you talk about it. Assuming you've actually done what you did in your resume, the conversation leads to a second round of interviews.
No offer yet as this is too early in the process.

the interview was very straightforward. We discussed my background and the work that stimulated the interview, and most importantly it was very much a two way discussion. Interviewers solicited and answered my questions fully.
