The interview process began with a phone screen with the recruiter assigned the job requisition. I was told that I met the job requirements at the end of the phone screen and was promptly provided a description of next steps in the selection process. Within 24 hours I was scheduled for face to face interviews with the hiring manager and a select group of senior management business partner clients of HR. Within two hours my recruiter informed me that I was a preferred candidate and she would be scheduling me for a second and final round of interviews. I completed the second round of interviews and was made a job offer within 24 hours of my last interview.
