Traded Emails with HR then met the VP of Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Operations (all of the above) in late June. Had applied through a staffing agency previously but they didn't get me to the interview.

Be prepared to spend a couple hours. You will meet with all of the principles of each department. Lots of redundant questions but you get a good feel of the company process and employee morale.
