The hiring process at Minth Group is the most disorganized I have ever come across in my professional career of 7 years. Managers at Minth are not capable of evaluating a candidate's background and experience. They switched back and forth between positions in my case and left me confused for weeks. After calling me for an interview onsite (East Tawas) where I drove for 3 hours, the manager did not ask me a single technical / functional question related to the position or my previous work experience. The HR was the one asking me technical questions. The manager turned up late (20 minutes) to the interview and didn't know he had to interview someone. Looking at the seriousness of their process and their approach, it is not worth trying to work at this company. There are no systems and processes and it's going to be hell working there. A CONFUSED LOT! I just wasted my time, energy and money interviewing with Minth.
