The interview process was great! They provided the interview questions beforehand, which allowed me to collect my thoughts and put less stress on the situation. I felt this benefited me because it led to a more lighthearted interview environment, and I felt a lot more comfortable asking the interviewer questions and enagage in a conversation with them.

I submitted an application, which I answered a few questions, and then received an invite for a Zoom interview. I interviewed with the head of the Land conservation program, and she asked me a few questions. It was overall a very positive, non-stressful experience.
