My interview process was a good experience. I met with the leadership team, including the COO and the CMO. The expectations of the role were clear. Everyone that I met was professional and friendly. The flow was good. I was interviewed on-site, which at the time was refreshing because all my interviews prior to the one with MDstaffers were via Zoom. People had started returning to the office after working from home due to Covid. The environment of MDstaffers had a very good vibe. After meeting and interviewing with the leaders of the company, I knew that I wanted to become part of their team.
