The lab manager called me after accepting my application via iHireBiotechnology.com. As I was not in Houston at that time they gave a couple of weeks of time to plan my trip. The interview was setup for Monday afternoon and was pretty straight-forward, The post-doc I was to assist talked to me at length about my resume, future plans, etc. Was very informal. He showed me around the lab and introduced me to some other lab members. They said they'd get back to me in a week's time and like they said I was offered a job by the end of the week.
