My interview was located at the MCL in Avon, IN. If you apply online I would advise you to call in the next day and check to see if they have reviewed your application. I did this and the manager told me to come in the next day at 3:30. I was first interviewed by a manager , it was quit easy not hard question , I was asked what hours I would like to work, do I do any sports, what my last job etc. simple question you won’t have to worry about or study anything for but make shore when they ask you “ do you have any questions for me” have at least 1 -3 to ask. That same day they said they would have the manager above him contact me then that SAME DAY they emailed me to come in for a second interview. She basically asked me the same questions and then hired me told me to get papers to turn in before I have orientation and that I needed a black tie and slip resistance shoes ( which you can get these at Walmart or Payless,they’re very cheap) then I went to orientation on Saturday. All in all this was a very easy process and even though it was a easy job to get were something nice to the interview and nothing tacky. I wore dress shoes , khakis and a button up shirt. The manager who interviewed me was very joyful, but pretty strange. He seemed to be a no bull kind of guy. Later on, I found out that he could be a very rude guy to work with. He quit and now management is top notch. Most of the questions he asked in my interview were about how well I work with others. Remember you love working with people, you're patient, and the customer is always right no matter what.
