We conduct multiple interviews with candidates to make sure they are a right fit for our company and vice versa. We try to stay on schedule interviewing but sometimes it doesn't always work that way. We want to be thorough and also answer all questions. Sorry you had to wait, but we never made anyone wait for an hour. We don't ask personal questions when interviewing candidates for a position. When we ask questions such as: "how do you go about continuing to develop your professional skills and knowledge?" , or "this position requires you to travel. Is there anything that will prevent you from traveling? " Some candidates will discuss the challenge of being able to do these things when raising young kids. I am sorry you thought we were yelling.
