Went into the main office sat down introduced myself previously before going in the office told me what the position was told her that I am interested and I have experience on doing that particular job at my current job before I change positions in that job and ask for a reason why I want to leave I told him I've been working two jobs for the last 7 years and I'm tired of those jobs and I'd like to do something different

Getting into the interview was a very long process. Calling to leave a voicemail every few days for about 3 weeks. The hiring manager however was careful to choose the companys future employees make sure they'd be a good part of the team. It was clear that cohesive personalities plays a important role.

The interview process was very thorough and informative. Everyone was extremely nice and answered all of my questions. They gave me a tour of the plant and explained all of the different steps of production.
