The open position was found by an agency in California that has done a superb job of communication. The phone interview was with the general manager in the Boston facility. The interview was more like a professional discussion of business attributes, attitudes and culture and not a reverse chronological review of the resume'. The genuine personality of the interviewer became known through the conversation allowing me to decide that I could enjoy working with this person.
