Lighthearted introductions and overview of interview format followed by 2 sets of questions (Behaviour based and knowledge/experience based). Thorough explanation of role via presentation, with lots of opportunity to ask questions and take notes. Altogether not too nerve-wracking at all, Kudos to my interviewers for making me feel at ease !

Excellent from start to finish, always kept updated with everything, made to feel comfortable and welcomed during the face go face interview, everyone I met was lovely and the ladies interviewing made me feel at ease and helped to reassure me by answering all my questions and being very detailed throughout the whole interview. Once again after the interview was kept in the loop with everything going on and always able to email/call if I needed any questions answering.
