Prepare and deliver a presentation and answer a number of questions about my experience. I was made to feel very welcome, and the interviewers really put me at ease. It was very much a two way process and I was able to ask lots of questions myself. The interview lasted about 2 hours and the time passed really quickly. It was a very different interview format to those I have had in the past and was a very interesting and positive experience.
