The interview was a 1-on-1 discussion about the manager's vision for the department. I explained my background and technical skills and he hadn't realized that I possessed additional capabilities that he was interested in-- most managers skim resumes, but don't look too closely. We spoke for 30-45 minutes, then discussed numbers, and that was it-- I received an offer from there.
The process was straightforward. A screening call and one round of interviewing. Received job offer, but the company later rescinded it citing a “change in direction”. No further explanation was given.

Question 1
Mostly open-ended questions, which made sense given the entrepreneurial nature of the role.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez MANTECH (Herndon, VA) en mars 2020

Interview process is pretty thorough in a Group setup. Process included skills review, general knowledge of about the deals and process, walk through of the solution process, twisted questions on addressing some the challenges. The process also included about 30 mins of white board session, where candidate is given a choice to pick a topic and walk them through the solution process. This session is essentially to demostrate the ability to talk and convience client executives about the solution approach. Pretty intense. But a good process.
