I said here's my salary requirements, they said good to go. My company was bought out by Mantech. I did leave the form for a couple years and returned to no loss of tenure, a salary increase, and slightly better benefits.

The interview went nice. He explained the position and what it al entailed. the interviewer was very knowledgeable about the company and position and answered all my questions. I am looking forward to an offer because of the benefits he made me aware of for working with the company.

First with the HR who will explain the benefits available, asking why do you leave your job, and the purpose of seeking a new job.
Then the next time with the technical people who will ask some technical stuff.
The technical stuff depends on what fields they are hiring you for.
It is not always the syntax that they are asking you but also what is the idea behind the syntax.
There are also subcontractors that are also hiring.
