Had an initial call with the recruiter to go over my experience — seemed positive overall. I was told to expect a follow-up in two weeks regarding the next steps for the technical interview. Two weeks passed with no update, so I followed up and was asked to wait another two weeks. After that came and went, I followed up again, only to be told the position had already been filled. No communication in between. Disappointing experience and poor follow-through.
