Cordial, but yet no questions about myself or background, nor if I had any questions, seemed a bit like strictly following a given list. Interviewing Manager did not come back to me within the time indicated (only much later) and se never provided me with any feedback, even after having it specifically requested--ignoring and violating its own Maersk in house set standards. Disappointing

What are you expecting from the position and what will you bring in?
I had a 3 phased interview with managers from diverse locations across the world. The conversations were very focused on operational and technical skills, testing industry knowledge, whilst also gaining exposure to softskills.

If you could suggest 1 thing to change for Product A's strategy, what would it be?
Two interview rounds, first a generic one and then on a business case to be prepared in advance.
In the business case you were asked to prepare a strategy based on some data and background information provided and then discuss it during the interview. One of the interviewers would challenge the strategy asking for backup or explanations on the thinking process

General questions on experience and fit to the position, questions mostly related to the business case in the second round
1st level is technically and 2nd level is manger level and HR level interview for package discussion, you should speak from your own experience and that gives you more clarity
