Got the call from an external consultant for the interview. Dropped at their office for the written test which was very basic. Basic aptitude (12 minutes 50 questions) and personality assessment. Upon clearing the test, was interviewed immediately by the practice manager. Interview was good, covered background stuff and a lot of information on the role and the organization. After almost a week, was interviewed again on core analytics. Was a short interview but covered the important facets. The negotiation phase was stressful, with the HR personnel not being very professional and rude in most communications. Had almost turned down the offer on this basis but finally got through and accepted. Overall a decent experience.
