Aptitude, Psychometric, HR, Operations - You will have to go through Aptitude test first and then psychometric test and HR round sometimes and then operations rounds. You may have to go through 2-3 operations round to ensure you are the right candidate
Very smooth and transparent, mostly 3 rounds conducted at different levels starting from technical then managerial and finally the leadership round. You should have the adequate industry and technical knowledge to make through. The company covers all the latest technologies and you get good exposure to work on different areas.
Aptitude test followed by Interview with line manager. HR will organise the interview process with line manager followed salary negotiations. Interview process consists of 3 rounds. Questions will be regarding the current roles & responsibilities, team management
Moderate difficulty, Good questions in interview with situation based questions. Question were related to, Kpi, stakeholders mgmt, Accounts Receivables, accounts payable, team management, mentoring, coaching, conflict management, collaboration, accuracy and productivity
